Certified Public Auditors

The Company’s Financial Reports are checked and certified by an internationally recognized Auditing House and more specifically, by the legally elected Statutory Auditors-Accountants by the Stockholders’ regular General Assembly.

Based on a decision taken by the regular General Assembly of 22/06/2023, “GRANT THORNTON SA CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS” SOEL REG. NUM. : 127, was appointed as the auditing house.

Following information received by the “GRANT THORNTON SA CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS” the following Statutory Auditors-Accountants were chosen for the 2023 fiscal year:

Regular auditor: Nikolaos Vasileiou Ioannou, SOEL REG. NUM. : 29301 and
Substitute auditor: Emmanouil Georgiou Michalios, SOEL REG. NUM. : 25131
