Plastic pallets are suitable for industry units - logistics centers and they are characterised for their endurance and great building quality.

Plastic pallets are made in Germany with top quality materials
and through injection moulding process which makes them solid and seamless (one-piece).

All plastic pallets are designed and built in order to comform with national hygiene standards and also with handling - transportation standards.
Plastic pallets do not require maintenance, they can be easily cleaned, their dimensions are maintained stable in temperatures between -30 ºC και + 40ºC, even in + 90ºC (for a short period of time).
They can also feature a company logo or sequential numbering and they are also available in custom colors upon request.

Quality Assurance

All plastic pallets are tested according to ISO 8611 as well as internal testing criteria. The assessment of a new pallet consists of the following tests:

  • Visual inspection, processing quality
  • Pallet weight, main dimensions (target/performance comparison)
  • Corner drop test from different heights of up to 4 m at +25 °C, +40 °C and -20 °C
  • Roller conveyor test, e.g. with 1.000 kg load over 60 km
  • Fork lift impact test
  • Ball drop test at -20 °C with 5 kg weight from a height of 1.5 m
  • Dimensional stability in changing climates
  • Labelling, wetting bath for ageing simulation
  • Internal pressure test for welded pallets
  • Lift truck test, widening of runners at room temperature and at -20 °C
  • Bending test, test periods of 48 and 100 hours
