The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the Stockholders General Assembly for 5 years. The current Board of Directors was elected on 16.06.2026 at the company’s Ordinary Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders and is comprised of 7 members, 4 executives members and 3 non-executives and independent members.

Mr. Voyatzoglou was born in Thessaloniki in 1955. He is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration of the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki. He has a long-term experience in the sector of store equipment and fur-niture-making. He was one of the founding stockholders of VOYATZOGLOU SYSTEMS SA and has been the president of the Company since its establishment.
Mr. Dimitrios Skalaios is a Mechanical Engineer-graduate of the National Technical University and holds an MBA in Finance & Business Administration from the Carnegie Mellon University (USA). He has long-term experience in finances and acquisitions in Greece and abroad. He was the development director for central-western Europe for GE Capital Fleet and executive for Planning for Daimler AG in Stuttgart. Since 2000, he has held top positions in Greece with ex-ecutive and advisory duties, including his term as a CFO for ELTA SA (2005-2010), as an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of JUMBO (2003-2011) and Corporate Finance Director for the Beta Securities and Eurofin (2000-2005) stockbroking houses. He founded Sigma Catalyst Partners in 2010 to focus on advising and project finance as well as M&A transactions. Sigma Catalyst Partners also cooperates with international investors that search for opportunities in Greece and Western Europe (under Greek ownership).
Mr. Tseperis was born in 1959 in Athens. He is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration of the Univer-sity of Piraeus. He has worked as an accounting department director of other companies for 9 years. He has been working in the Company since 1994. He is the Chief Financial Officer and Administrative Director of the Company.
Mrs. Voyatzoglou was born in 1982 in Thessaloniki and graduated from Moraitis school in Athens in 2000. She holds a B.Sc. form Boston’s Emerson College (USA) in Marketing Communications and a M.Sc. in Marketing and Advertising. She started working in Voyatzoglou Systems SA in 2006 in the department of store & warehouse equipment, in im-portant positions in the management of supplies and sales. Since 2012, she has been the CEO of the Store and Ware-house Equipment domain. Following the founding of the Group’s subsidiary “BETA WOOD SA” she has been responsi-ble for the development of sales and the company’s operations, in order for the company to be a leader in the sector of Furniture-making for home and professional spaces.
Mrs. Voyatzoglou was born in 1989 in Athens and graduated from the Athens College in 2007. She holds a B.Sc. from Boston University (USA) in International Relations with concentration in International Business and Economics. She worked in Los Angeles in the Department of International Sales & Marketing of the advertising agency No Such Agency and in 2011 returned to Greece to work in Voyatzoglou Systems SA in the department of Technical Products Sales. Since 2016, she is the General Director of the Technical Products Sales department taking charge of the complete reor-ganization and modernization of the department.
Athanasios Tsotsoros, in his capacity as the representative of " Thatone Capital Single Member P.C. " (as a legally co-liable person for the corporate management). He was born in 1968 in Athens. He studied Economics at University College London (UCL), where he earned a BSc Econ Hons, and continued his studies at the University of Reading, obtaining an MA in International Studies. Upon his return to Greece, he took up a position as a special advisor at the Prime Minister's Economic Office. Subsequently, he worked in the private sector, holding managerial positions in investment banking at SIGMA Securities, Egnatia Securities, and Proton Bank. Mr. Tsotsoros served as a member of the Underwriting Committee and the Advisory Committee on Investment Banking and Corporate Finance of the Hellenic Bank Association. From 2012 to 2018, he worked at KPMG as a partner and head of financial advisory services. From 2019 to the present, he has been active in providing financial advisory services through his company, Thatone | Grit Capital Partners Hellas. He has also served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors from June 9, 2011, to June 28, 2012. Additionally, from 2019 to 2022, he served as Chairman and CEO of Mayor Hotels & Resorts, while from 2019 to the present, he serves on the Board of Directors of ELTRAK as an independent non-executive member and Chairman of the Audit Committee.

She was born in Athens in 1989. A graduate of Boston University, she holds a B.Sc. in International Business and Economics. Following her studies, she remained in the United States and worked in the fields of sales and marketing. She returned to Greece in December 2011 and has since been active in the Technical Products Trading sector of Voyiatzoglou Systems S.A. From 2015 to the present, she has served as the General Manager of the department, designing its complete reorganization and modernization.
He was born in Athens in 1977. A graduate of ALBA Graduate Business School with an M.B.A., he also holds a B.Sc. from the University of Piraeus. He began working at Voyiatzoglou S.A. in 2022 in the Shop and Warehouse Equipment Division, initially assuming the position of Sales Manager. Since 2023, he has held the position of Commercial Director of the Shop and Warehouse Equipment Division. He leads the Commercial Department across the entire client spectrum, contributing decisively to sales growth and establishing the Company as the leading Project Integrator in both Greece and Southeast Europe.
He was born in Athens in 1963 and studied Aircraft Engineering. He has 40 years of professional experience in business organization and management. He has served as a commercial or general manager in industrial and commercial companies across various sectors, such as the Chemical Industry, Food, and Energy. He has been working at the company since 2021, holding the position of Commercial Director in the Technical Products Trading Division.
He was born in Athens in 1970. A graduate of the Business Administration department of IEK OMEGA, he holds a postgraduate diploma in "LOGISTICS" from the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE). He has 4 years of previous experience at the company "ELAIS" in the production department and 10 years at a 3PL company as a warehouse manager. He has been working at the Company since 2002 and has held the position of Logistics Director from 2014 to the present.
He was born in Athens in 1965 and is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the Athens University of Economics and Business (formerly ASOEE). He worked as an accounting assistant in other companies for 4 years. He has been working at the Company since 1996 and has held the position of Accounting Manager since 2001.
She was born in Rethymno, Crete, in 1978 and is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has been working at the Company since 2005. From 2007 to the present, she has held the position of Head of Shareholder Services and Corporate Announcements.
He was born in Athens in 1972 and holds an MBA with a specialization in Information Technology Management from the University of Leicester. He has 30 years of professional experience in major multinational and Greek companies across various sectors, including Banking, Telecommunications, and FMCG. He has been working at the company since 2023, holding the position of IT Director.
She was born in Athens in 1975 and is a graduate of the Department of Accounting at the TEI of Chalkida. She worked as an accounting assistant in other companies for 24 years. She has been working at the Company since 2024. She assumed the duties of Internal Audit Manager of the Company in 2025.
